Hi everyone!

Welcome to my blog. I am so happy you took the time to stop by, and I cannot wait to share my journey with all of you.

My name is Piper Roobroeck and I am a teacher candidate in the Concurrent Education program, junior/intermediate stream at Brock University with a teachable in Mathematics and hopefully French in the future.

One thing I am passionate about is cooking, but as a busy student, I often fall into a pattern of ordering in, warming up pre-made meals, or snacking on foods that do not have the proper nutritional value to keep me going. I often ask myself the questions: What foods should I be eating as a busy college student? Why is there not a 'resource' that has easily made meals I can make?

Therefore, the real questions is:
How can one create a cookbook that includes meals for post-secondary students ensuring they provide proper nutritional value?

In this process, I will learn how to create a cookbook, compile a bunch of quick meals that students will find greater benefits from, and be able to refer to it myself in the future.
